I acknowledge the traditional owners of Country throughout Australia and recognise their continuing connection to lands, waters and communities. In particular, the traditional owners of the lands around Cairns where I reside. I pay my respect to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures; and to Elders both past and present.
